Dr Park Avenue located at the Pavilion Professional Center in Brick, New Jersey When calling to schedule an appointment, please state the purpose of the appointment clearly to allow for the appropriate amount of time to be scheduled.
Please be considerate to fellow patients and when necessary cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge that is charged to your account.
The office and phone lines are open from 10 am on weekdays, and our reception staff handles all of our calls. If you need to speak directly to Dr. Fondacaro, he will return your call promptly. Please be patient, all of our doctors are very busy during office hours. |
